Responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Provide recommendations on menu items, taking into consideration guests' preferences.
• Order Processing:
• Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Table Maintenance:
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables before and after service.
• Monitor and attend to guest needs throughout their dining experience.
