Responsibilities
• Create and prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, bread, and desserts.
• Develop and test new recipes and presentations to enhance the bakery menu.
• Ensure proper measurement, mixing, and baking of ingredients.
• Decorate pastries and cakes using various techniques and artistic skills.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute bakery orders.
• Train and supervise pastry assistants and other kitchen staff.
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and equipment.
