Job Description
Job Title: Sales Agent
Company: Maple and Rose Real Estate LLC
Location: Motor City Dubai Willing to relocate
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: Competitive commissionbased salary
Maple & Rose Real Estate Brokerage are currently looking for sales and leasing agents to join our evergrowing family. You will need to be money hungry selfmotivated and have a proven track record in a sales role.
Job Requirements:
- Generating new business using the client database and generating your own leads.
- Building strong relationships with Developers Sellers and Landlords.
- Conducting market appraisals/valuations.
- Photographing and preparing properties ready for advertising.
- Matching clients to specific properties and acting as an investment adviser.
- Arranging and conducting viewings.
- Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/tenant/landlord/Developer.
- Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
- Expert uptodate knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
- Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai and showing off local interests and amenities to prospective buyers/tenants.Generating new business using the client database and generating your own leads.
