Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Advise HR on separation strategies, covering various separation scenarios.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of separation activities, meeting payroll, and reporting deadlines.
  • Compute full and final settlements, including gratuity, repatriation benefits, and leave entitlements.
  • Maintain consistency in offboarding documentation, letters, and certificates.
  • Prioritize high customer satisfaction for departing employees and leadership.
  • Meet company’s policy compliance and deadlines.
  • Manage pension cases for UAE Nationals within specified timeframes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for clearances, including IT security and medical insurance.
  • Conduct professional exit interviews, categorize data for termination trends, and provide insights to managers.
  • Handle Life/Disability insurance claims, coordinate National Service, and represent the company in employee emergencies.
  • Determine the appropriate course of action for reported offenses.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of management experience in Employee Relations/ Offboarding.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • English and Arabic language are mandatory.
