We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations coordinating with clients and ensuring smooth communication between departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries orders and deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales records reports and customer databases.
- Follow up on pending quotations and ensure timely responses to clients.
- Support in lead generation market research and customer outreach.
- Process purchase orders invoices and other salesrelated documents.
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure ontime deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in coordination with the sales team.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings presentations and promotional events.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales finance and operations teams.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 24 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar role.
Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales processes customer service and order management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
