Job Description

Scheduling meetings with clients to discuss their financial needs and goals
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Collecting pertinent client information to provide investment options that align with clients financial situations
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Monitoring market conditions to determine how various changes may impact taxes and client investments
Communicating with customers through various channels
Advising clients on how to apply for mortgages and loans
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Cold-calling potential clients to inform them of the various financial products and services on offer
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Developing in-depth knowledge of our financial products to advise clients accordingly
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support


Requirements

Bachelor s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Appropriate state licensures
Comfortable using computers
Proven experience working as a Customer services representative
Experience working with customer support
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong mathematical skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
