Roles & Responsibilities
· Should ensure compliance with stringent fire safety regulations, perform regular inspections, and oversee fire drills to ensure occupants' safety.
· Develop and implement effective fire safety strategies and programs in alignment with local and international standards.
· Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external authorities to ensure strict adherence to fire safety protocols.
· Lead emergency response and evacuation drills, providing training and guidance to staff.
· Oversee the maintenance and testing of fire protection systems and equipment.
· Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
· Stay updated on changes in safety regulations and industry best practices, updating policies and procedures accordingly.
