Job Description

Who are we:

The Role:


To understand processes, functions, departments, able to define business processes and able to translate smoothly to the technical team


Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
  • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
  • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
  • Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in using IT requirements methodologies, tools and notations (UML, BPM, Unified Process Modelling, ERD )
  • Experience in working with relational databases and testing tools
  • Knowledge of SOA architectures is a plus

Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
  • Gather, review and analyse business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using the data analytics tool
  • Liaise between various business departments and groups
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
