To understand processes, functions, departments, able to define business processes and able to translate smoothly to the technical team
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
- Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
- Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in using IT requirements methodologies, tools and notations (UML, BPM, Unified Process Modelling, ERD )
- Experience in working with relational databases and testing tools
- Knowledge of SOA architectures is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
- Gather, review and analyse business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using the data analytics tool
- Liaise between various business departments and groups
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
