Job Description
- Supervise and lead a team of fire fighting system technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
- Plan and schedule work activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fire fighting systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving any issues or challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate fire fighting system installations and upgrades.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and implementing training as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to fire fighting system installations, repairs, and maintenance.
