• Oversee project planning and scheduling, and guide project teams to meet project goals.
  
• Develop a concept design with your team and transfer it into design detail drawings.
  
• Innovative with a good sense of design and the capability to think out of the box.
  
• Excellent at designing, presenting, specifying materials, and paying attention to technical details.
  
• Capable at running meetings, managing a team, and coming up with original solutions to issues.
  
• Excellent writing and able to communicate with clients professionally.
  
• Able to inspire a group of designers through effective communication and dedication.
  

Requirements

• At least a Diplma/ Degree in Interior Design or any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years or working experience in relevant field.
  
• Project Contract Knowledge; Ability to Create, Review, and Edit All Contracts and Documentation.
  
• Excellent attitude, responsibility, ability to multitask, and ability to perform well under pressure.
  
• The ability to manage numerous tasks with varying deadlines.
  
• Proficient in using Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point. Added advantage for knowledge on AutoCAD, & 3D Max
