Manager Flow-Through Business emphasis.

Research Triangle for 35 years. Being the largest locally owned and managed firm in

the Triangle, with a national firm practice, providing audit, tax, wealth management,

client accounting and business advisory services.

• Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients
  
• Proactively communicate with clients to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction
  
• Leverage team resources effectively and manage engagements within budget
  
• Consult on technical matters and special projects
  
• Conduct primary and secondary review of complex tax returns
  
• Manage, develop, mentor and evaluate staff
• Team with partners on proposals and business development calls
  
• Coach and develop staff members

Candidates must be from pass-through entities, owner managed businesses, trusts, estates side, not corporate focused.

Highly prefer candidates who can commute daily to our office located in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Highly Qualified remote candidates will be considered but MUST NOT reside in the following states: California, New York, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Puerto Rico

• CPA license in North Carolina
  
• Minimum 8 years of public accounting experience, ideally in a large regional or small national firm
  
• Significant experience providing tax compliance, planning and research for owner managed Businesses (primarily S Corps and LLCs)
  
• Demonstrated commitment and track record of providing exceptional client
  service
• Experience and interest in BD activities
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work with and support team members
  
• Interest and ability to work on a wide variety of returns and client groups
  
• Experience with CCH Engagement, Prosystems Fx Tax, BNA and XCM is a plus
