We are currently partnering with a leading regional healthcare provider to recruit a Head of Finance based in the UAE. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organisation ensuring strong financial governance strategic planning and compliance across all business units. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the executive leadership team with insights that drive performance sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

What Youll be Doing

• Lead the financial strategy planning forecasting and analysis for the organisation.
• Oversee all aspects of financial operations including budgeting reporting treasury and tax.
• Provide strategic financial input to support decision-making across key business initiatives and capital projects.
• Ensure robust financial controls policies and procedures are in place and adhered to in line with local and international standards.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning across the organisation.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to align financial performance with overall strategic goals.
• Manage relationships with external auditors banks regulatory bodies and tax authorities.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial systems reporting and business processes.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team promoting a culture of accountability development and operational excellence.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 1015 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in the healthcare medical or hospital sector is essential.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS financial modelling risk management and compliance.
• Proven experience in leading financial transformation and system implementation projects.
• Excellent strategic thinking stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Professional qualification (e.g. CPA CA ACCA); MBA or Masters in Finance is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
