The company is at the forefront of adopting the latest technological platforms to address their customers requirements in cyber security digital transformation enterprise information management enterprisewide intelligent automation cloud management and web development. Senior Cloud Engineer
Based in Abu Dhabi UAE
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and maintaining a cloud computing infrastructure that supports an organization s business processes
- Designing complex computer network topologies to meet an organization s needs for security and scalability
- Designing implementing and maintaining cloud computing systems including software and hardware components
- Resolving complex technical issues by analyzing issues and formulating solutions based on industry best practices
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Collect and report on Cyber Security operational metrics for application and infrastructure engineering teams.
- Serve as a key technical security partner for engineering teams.
- Coordinate with developers cloud platform engineers the business and cloud service providers on security framework design requirements for cloud application services.
- Research Cyber Security trends and emerging technologies identify our business and technical requirements perform technical evaluation and support deployment of Cyber Security solutions.
- Troubleshooting problems with existing applications or computer networks to identify and resolve issues
- Recommending improvements to existing infrastructure and developing plans for future growth
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a Degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or ITrelated discipline.
- 10 years experience in security engineering design and implementation.
- At least 5 years experience as a Cloud Engineer.
- You are a Red Hat Certified Engineer or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
- Expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Services is a must.
- Experienced in Linux Servers and migration from AWS to Red Hat Open Stack.
- Indepth knowledge of distributed systems networking storage and security
- Thorough understanding of network defense technologies TCP/IP networking Active Directory DHCP DNS network security monitoring tools secure engineering. principles and technical security testing.
- Handson experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
