The firm is undergoing a period of significant growth and investing in the technology team. The successful applicant will join a group of functionally aligned development teams reporting to the Head of Front Office Quantitative Development.
We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Junior Macro Trading Quant Developer to join our dynamic team. This entrylevel position is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply their programming and quantitative skills in a realworld trading environment. The candidate will collaborate closely with our senior quant developers and portfolio managers focusing on the development and optimization of tools and applications essential for macro trading operations.
Responsibilities include collaborating with senior quant developers and portfolio managers to develop and optimize tools supporting macro trading operations. This involves enhancing trading infrastructure for robustness and scalability.
Additionally tasks include refining tools for portfolio management risk assessment and implementing trading strategies. The role encompasses programming and maintaining code for trading models and analytics tools ensuring integration with trading systems.
Engaging in collaborative learning with a multidisciplinary team participating in knowledgesharing sessions and continuously improving quantitative and programming skills are integral. Stay updated on the latest technologies and software development best practices actively participating in code reviews for adherence to best practices.
