Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified candidate as Property Manager who will be responsible for assigned Holiday Homes ./ Luxury Villas will manage the daily operations being carried out in our premises and ensure its security. The objective is to obtain customer satisfaction, maximize premises value and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Attract prospective tenants by advertisements and promotions.
- Build friendly relationships with clients, property owners for the expansion of the business.
- Design business plans for the allotted property which is suitable as per the client s needs.
- Collect rents and resolving tenants complaints.
- Manage day to day operational expenses and collect s.
- Perform all the compulsory tasks for the rental property.
- Perform legal documentation and agreements when deeds are finalized.
- Prepare the annual budget to meet the expenditure cost.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair the commercial property as and when needed.
- Prepare reports of analyzed and collected data.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or a high school diploma will also be preferred.
- Proven track record of working as a Property Manager, Hotel Operations or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of local, state and central property regulations.
- Strong working knowledge of Real Estate law and policies.
- Understanding of property management and financial features.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Confident and reliable individual.
- Basic computer skills like MS Office.
