Manages Check in and out for all hotel guest;
Manages all transaction (Cash, Cheque and Electronic payment);
Manages scheduling for front office, inventory management and assists with daily briefings;
Participate in enrolling hotel guests into IHG rewards program and assist with all inquiries;
Handle and anticipate all hotel guests enquiries;
Responsible for the creation of profile into the system for all hotel guest;
Responsible for all other ad hoc duties.
