Job Description

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, including guest registration, room assignments, and check-out procedures
  • Train and mentor front office staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Ensure accurate and efficient billing procedures, including the proper handling of cash and credit card transactions
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor room availability and manage reservations effectively
  • Assist in managing and optimizing occupancy rates and room revenue
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to front office operations and guest feedback
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
  • Assist in conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions

Key Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a front office supervisory or managerial role within a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of hotel front office operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and other departments
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in hotel property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
