Qualifications
To be considered for the role of CFO, you must meet the following qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with US GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX requirements, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in managing month-end and quarter-end close, internal and external audits, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of financial strategies and finance-related performance metrics.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
