Senior Retail Sales Specialist

We are looking for an "Investment Manager" who will work alongside with Senior Management to source, set up and manage real estate investment platforms for our client which is a global Real Estate Investment Management Company based in Amsterdam.

They are one the largest US pension funds and invests in majority-controlled investments in real estate operating companies on a global basis. The company focuses on smaller investment strategies that are scalable with the potential to become dominant market players providing significant growth over time. It has local investment platforms in Paris, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, London, Budapest and Delhi.

As an investment manager you will be directly involved, with Senior Management, in the asset management of existing real estate platforms and in the origination of new real estate strategies.

Your responsibilities will include extensive financial modeling, market research, preparation of presentation materials and working on special projects.

You will have the opportunity to work in an international and dynamic real estate environment and develop your technical skill set and knowledge of the various real estate markets in Continental Europe, United Kingdom and India.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of prior experience within a real estate investment management company, corporate finance/private equity focused team or equivalent.
  
• Demonstrated advanced analytical capabilities.
  
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as with fellow colleagues as part of a bigger transaction or project team.
