Roles and responsibilities
The Customer Marketing Specialist I is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing strategy for specific products, product lines customer marketing for business. This role applies consumer insights and market intelligence to develop approaches that link brand identity to the company and its products. The Customer Marketing Specialist I collaborates with business units, regions, and channels to understand their market needs and links brand positioning to maximize customer loyalty and connection to the product and company.
Reports to: Commercial Leader BMS, META
Key Responsibilities
- Support in defining, developing, and implementing brand strategies for specific products, product lines, or business-wide campaigns.
- Apply consumer insights and market intelligence to develop brand identity approaches.
- Collaborate with business units, regions, and channels to understand market needs.
- Collaborate with the team to Link brand positioning to maximize customer loyalty and connection to the product and company.
- Execute brand strategies and programs to achieve commercialization, profitability, business growth, and market share objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to lead brand planning efforts.
- Develop brand personality in conjunction with product marketing, offering management, market research, and customer marketing.
- Travel requirement: 30% of the time in Middle East, Turkey and Africa Region
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field – recently graduated.
- Strong acumen to understand of customer insights and market intelligence.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset and ability to segment customers.
- Ability to implement strategic brand initiatives.
- Fluency in Arabic and English – French is a plus
