Collaborate closely with external consultants to craft a comprehensive HR strategy that anticipates and supports our long-term growth trajectory. Partner with senior leadership to crystallize HR objectives harmonious with the company's strategic vision.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment endeavors, sourcing and selecting top-tier talent that seamlessly integrates with our company ethos. Devise tactics to attract diverse candidates and cultivate a sustainable pool of potential hires.
Cultivate a positive, inclusive workspace by adeptly handling employee relations matters and promptly addressing concerns.
Design and implement initiatives that boost engagement, cultivating contentment and job satisfaction.

Adherence to Compliance and HR Regulations:
