Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food in the kitchen
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to the highest standards of hygiene and safety
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned regularly
• Assist in the ordering and stocking of food supplies
• Assist in the training of new kitchen staff
• Ensure that all kitchen staff adhere to the company’s policies and procedures
