The ideal candidate should have a background in supporting financial services for Private Equity, Venture Capital, and venture debt activities. Key competencies include group consolidated level accounting, meticulous documentation of daily financial transactions, annual budgeting, and consolidation at the group level. Additionally, candidates should have experience in implementing automation, managing treasury and cash, conducting internal accounting audits, developing finance policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting standards such as IFRS.
