Job Description

As an Operations Assistant, your role is to report to Logistics and Procurement Officer with

the primary responsibility of coordinating logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer
service

Requirements

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  2. Self-driven personality, attention to detail and good problem solving
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  5. Enjoys working independently in fast-growing industry
  6. Diploma/Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management is an advantage
  7. Able to read and communicate in Chinese

Role Accountabilities
Coordinating and managing the process of fulfilling orders, including receiving and
processing customer orders, organizing inventory, and arranging for shipping and

Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that products are in stock and readily available
to meet customer
Communicating with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure that
inventory is properly managed and replenished as
Overseeing the work of warehouse staff, including scheduling and supervising their
work, as well as ensuring that safety and security protocols are
Analyzing data and reports to identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and
effectiveness of the fulfilment
Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely
delivery of products and
Being a problem solver and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issues that
may arise during the fulfilment
Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments, and implementing new
technologies and best practices as
Managing budgets and expenses related to the fulfilment process and ensuring that
the department operates within
