As Food and Beverage Coordinator, we rely on you to
- Proven ability in using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and E-mail applications.
- Ability to use F&B related computer systems
- Familiar with F&B operation system and labor laws.
- Minimum 3-year experience in similar position (Food production or related work).
- University degree. (Hospitality related studies.)
- Natural leadership and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage, guide, and train the team.
- Proficient in English and Turkish.
We are looking for someone who;
- Arranges incoming documents in an organized manner in the Food & Beverage Management reader file.
- Clears Executive Office pigeonhole for F&B Department as well as distribution of items to other departments.
- Verifying employee sick leave and vacation leave applications.
- Handles incoming telephone calls and arranges appointments and reminders.
- Managing menu editing procedures, participate in launching new, seasonal, a’la carte menus.
- Work together with F&B outlets managers in organizing special group events in different restaurants, handling site visit, creating BEO.
- To assist the F&B department with special tasks and projects as assigned by the F&B and Assistant F&B Director.
