- Deep understanding of complex DAX queries and calculations
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Data modelling and Semantic layer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design Power BI solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain robust ETL processes to transform and load data into Power BI for efficient reporting and analytics.
- Create visually appealing and intuitive dashboards using Power BI, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Implement best practices for data visualization and maintain a high standard of UI/UX in all dashboard development.
- Optimize and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Power BI to continually enhance our reporting capabilities.
- Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and big data technologies.
- Design a data warehouse data model based on the business requirements.
- Design, develop, and test both batch and real-time Extract, Load and Transform (ELT) processes required for the data integration.
- Optimize ELT processes to ensure execution time is meeting the requirements.
- Manage Ingest of both structured and unstructured data into data lake/data warehouse system.
- Assess the data quality of the source systems and propose required enhancements to achieve a satisfying level of data accuracy.
- Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for different business analyses.
- Create automated data quality detection systems and constant tracking of its performance.
- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
- Work as part of the analytics team on many initiatives with the different departments within the company. Collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is preferred.
