We are hiring an experienced Azure AD Support Engineer with a passion for innovative technology and driving customer As a Support Engineer, you will be troubleshooting issues with the Azure tenant and its integrations, carrying out Impact Analysis, and providing multiple resolution to tier 1 and 2
The role is a 3 6-month contract, based in Melbourne
Candidates must have full working rights in Australia sponsorship is not
Responsibilities:
Perform installations, configurations, maintenance and operations of any new or existing services and devices
Setup SSO with MS Azure AD, Office 365 licensing and Office 365 mail
Provide application and cloud support such as Office 365, AzureAD, AWS and other applications within the business
Responsible for the security and reliability of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 systems and services and Exchange Online
Participate with the team in change incident management processes
Provide technical support experience to our business customers, both internal and external
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with building, configuring, and managing Azure environments
Strong knowledge about deploying MS Sentinel configuration
Administrator understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including OneDrive, Azure AD and Exchange Online
Previous experience in a similar IT Support role, supporting mixed operating systems including MacOS and Windows
Excellent problem and conflict resolution skills with ability to liaise effectively with all levels of stakeholders
AWS experience desirable
Ability to work well in a highly collaborative team
Excellent communication skills
