> Supporting distributors in resolving customer’s concerns
> Making Technical report for distributors
> Response to the technical inquiries from distributors and customers
> Holding the technical seminars for distributors and customers
> Making Technical materials for seminar
> Making Technical documents for new or improved products in the market
> Collecting the market information
Skills requirement
Strong-Client facing and team working skills
Report skills (with basic Excel and Power point skills)
Problem Solving and teaching skill
Time management and planning with contacts
Education
BE Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Work Experience – at least 3-5 years of experience technical service or related field from Tire Industry or Automobile Industry
