Reviewing and understanding architectural drawings specifications and other project documentation to ensure compliance

with industry standards and customer requirements.

Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that joinery products meet quality standards and

customer specifications.

Conducting quality control inspections of joinery products throughout the production process including incoming materials

inprocess production and final products.

Identifying and resolving quality issues including nonconformances defects and deviations from customer specifications.

Conducting root cause analysis of quality issues to identify the underlying causes and implement corrective actions to

prevent future occurrences.

Developing and maintaining quality records and documentation including inspection reports nonconformance reports and

corrective action reports.

Providing guidance and training to production staff on quality control procedures and techniques.

Coordinating with other departments such as production engineering and project management to ensure that quality

requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Participating in industry conferences seminars and workshops to stay uptodate with new developments and best practices in quality assurance and quality control.

Salary: Based on Market standards and Experience.
