Draftsman (Joinery Detailer 4 to 8 Yrs. Exp. in GCC)

Salary: Based on Market standards and Experience.

*Responsibilities:*
Collaborate with clients architects and interior designers to understand project requirements and design specifications for joinery and millwork.
Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings shop drawings and 3D models using computeraided design (CAD) software.
Ensure that joinery designs comply with relevant building codes standards and regulations.
Create detailed material schedules including quantities and specifications for joinery components.
Coordinate with the production team and joinery craftsmen to provide clear instructions and guidance based on the drawings and specifications.
Conduct site visits and measurements to gather information for accurate and precise design implementation.
Requirements
*Requirements:*
Proven experience as a Joinery Draughtsman or similar role in the construction or woodworking industry. UAE experience is a MUST!
Proficient in computeraided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
Strong understanding of joinery construction methods materials and manufacturing processes.
Excellent technical drawing skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
Knowledge of relevant building codes standards and regulations related to joinery and millwork.
Diploma or degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
