• Develop a strong business pipeline, and sales forecast, and achieve sales targets.
• Plan and create a trading strategy and monitor transactions for the assigned products.
• Develop and enhance existing customer base and products strategically and profitably.
• Enhance, and maintain client relationships with importers and producers.
• Identifying existing and potential key clients.
• Ensure continuous revenue generation while hedging against risks.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
• University Graduate, master’s in international Trade or relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in a similar role in the chemical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the fertilizer market.
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
