You will be updated with latest job alerts via email1. Design and Develop training programs (including content development) for retail staff
2. Liaise with department heads to determine training needs and schedule sessions
3. Organise and conduct effective induction program for new joiners
4. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
5. Develop and design training calendar to be sent out on a monthly basis
6. Maintain and manage in- house training facilities and equipment
7. Research and recommend new modules for retail front
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as trainer in Retail with some experience of Instructional design and content development
2. Hands on experience of coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
3. Need to have good understanding to develop content on software like Articulate, Vyond, etc .
4. MS office Proficiency
5. Strong communication skills
6. Good organisational skills to handle multiple assignments
7. Exposer of developing self learning e-learning modules will be preferred
