Qualifications: B Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. An engineer or an individual with a relevant degree, with more than seven (7) years experience as UX/UI designer, with a focus on complex software applications. Language: English fluent Past positions as Senior UX/UI Designer, Lead Designer, or Design Director roles. Minimum requirements: Proven expertise in design tools: Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma. Robust portfolio showcasing intricate mobile and web design projects. Track record of designing data-rich interfaces and integrating AI-generated insights. Experience working in an agile development environment. Strong grasp of responsive design principles and material guidelines. Profound understanding of frontend technologies to foster productive collaboration. Adept collaborator with the ability to mentor and inspire junior designers. Outstanding communication skills for design rationale presentation. Ability to lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Project management skills to ensure design timelines align with software development. Desired requirements: Deep understanding of aviation domain or previous aviation projects. Extensive experience with data visualization and storytelling through design. Knowledge of advanced animation techniques.
