Fresher’s / Experience of 1-2 years QA in Food Industry Preferably in Meat and Poultry
Strong communication, organizational, motivation and leadership skills.
Software expertise in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
Ability to manage a workgroup.
Communication skills in English (written and oral).
Knowledge in HACCP / FSMS (ISO22000, FSSC22000, BRC)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist Online QC for the Organoleptic inspection of incoming Raw materials.
Carry out organoleptic and physical inspection of in process materials in the production floor and making records.
Inspection of Food contact surfaces and daily hygiene.
Verification of the labels before production and approve them before applying on the products, ensure the correct labels are placed on the finished goods.
Inspect employee personal hygiene.
Assist Online QC in CCP Monitoring.
Issuing and monitoring of chemicals required for the production and cleaning purpose.
Instruct and Monitor the Hygiene Associates for proper cleaning of the equipment’s and facility.
Inspecting the recipe and ingredients used for production process.
Assist Online QC to maintain the online Quality Records.
Assist QA Manager in the customer audits and Certification Audits
Support the development of food safety, health and quality culture in production process
