As an HR Director you will lead and manage the companys HR department to support the organizations strategic goals and business growth if you have experience working in cryptocurrency exchanges or Forex companies with a strong understanding of the Chinese market its a plus  Your responsibilities will encompass the five core HR areas of recruitment employee
development performance management employee relations and compensation and benefits
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the companys HR strategy to align with business objectives and provide strategic guidance
- Lead the recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring processes and attract toptier talent
- Manage employee development plans conduct performance assessments and provide feedback to support career growth
- Handle employee relations matters resolve disputes and maintain a positive work environment
- Manage compensation policies benefits programs and incentive mechanisms to ensure fairness competitiveness and compliance
- Collect and analyze HR data to provide datadriven insights forecast trends and offer improvement recommendations
- Ensure compliance with national and international labor laws to protect both employee and company rights
- Lead the HR team inspire their potential and provide guidance and feedback
- Requirements
Bachelors degree minimum a masters degree in HR management business administration or related fields is preferred - Should be a Chinese nationality
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities in both Chinese and English
- At least years of HR management experience with at least years in a managerial role preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges or Forex companies
- Strong leadership and team management skills excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with national and international labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Profound interest and knowledge of the cryptocurrency and Forex industry
