Associate Director

As an Associate Director working within the wider team, you will lead and deliver in all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying from project inception to completion. You will work with a Director to successfully manage and deliver a number of projects, varying in complexity and value. You will drive performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process. Maintain and develop good relationships with clients, take every opportunity to uphold and increase the profile of the firm as a provider of professional, premium quality services to the construction industry. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior staff to deliver our Cost Management service efficiently and effectively.
