Job Description
Generating sales through phone/mails as a channel
Payment collection through consistent followup
Introducing the organizations products or services to customers following up to convert enquiry into sale
Ensuring repeat Business/orders through consistent follow up
Competition benchmark studies market research etc for a thorough sales strategy planning
Preparation of sales reports sales analysis etc
Processing returns for DOA materials cancelled orders
Generate and maintain of sales agreements reports analysis with help of SAP
To provide presales sales and after sales support and update to all stakeholders
