Job Description

  • Support the development and updating of the rewards framework in line with company policies
  • Provide guidance and training for junior colleagues
  • Monitor financial performance of your area versus budgets
  • Implement policies, systems, and procedures to deliver quality service
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the Compensation & Benefits Design section
  • Participate in the development of compensation strategies
  • Lead in the development, updating, and maintenance of job descriptions
  • Recommend improvements to existing job evaluation processes
  • Develop, update, and align all Human Capital policies
  • Utilise HR Technology and System for accuracy and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with preferably a post graduate degree
  • 6 years relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Knowledge of compensation practices and standards
  • Understanding of UAE labour law
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
