Analyst Compensation Rewards

General Overview: Drives various size dump trucks to transport or dump materials to and from job sites such as rock, asphalt, or other construction materials as needed. This person will consistently demonstrate the company’s core values: Integrity, Gratitude, Excellence, and Leadership.

Examples of Work

Drives Dump Truck;

Operates clutch and gear shift;

Responsible for ensuring equipment is fueled;

Conducts vehicle inspections;

Follows directions from Dispatch;

Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to sit for up to 12 hours per day, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, ability to push and pull up to 75 lbs, ability to enter and exit equipment, ability to inspect equipment by kneeling, crouching, crawling, and stooping, ability to walk and stand for periods.

Minimum Qualifications:

Class B CDL or greater with clean driving record;

Must have 6 months driving experience in the last two years;

Current Med Card;

Must be able to pass a drug screening.
