- Supervises workflow and sequence of service effectiveness during service and provides constant hands-on support.
- Supervises closely and monitors the cashiering function of the outlet to ensure compliance with Cashiering Procedures.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints, ensuring procedures for CSI and Compliant Handling are followed.
- Informs the Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager of any complaints or negative feedback from guests after they first try to resolve.
- Conduct performance evaluations, training, guidance, coaching and counselling of colleagues.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of F&B SOPs and ensure these are upheld at all times through constant observation and coaching.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Two years of supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Must possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications
