You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAssistant to the Group HR Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders in the benefit evaluation, assist with the implementation and communication of new policy benefits as well as the delivery of compensation and benefits programmes.
This role requires someone who has the ability to analyse data and review market research to allow them to create job descriptions, whilst ensuring they are in line with company benchmarking. This role will see you working closely with the Finance Team to manage budgeting.
In this role, you will be managing Compensation and Benefits across the Group, therefore, you must already have exposure working with multiple countries. Strong job description and evaluation skills are a must to be successful in this role.
To be considered for this role, the candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in HR with a clear understanding and knowledge in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll. You must have excellent communication skills in English as well as strong excel and system skills.
This role requires someone who can work on multiple projects at once and is happy to wear several different hats taking on other HR related tasks when required.
