We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our team. Upbeat and approachable, you will enjoy helping colleagues with day to day queries with your solution focused, can-do attitude.
You must have excellent administrative and organisational skills and be obsessive about accuracy and attention to detail. You will be able to work under pressure, whilst continuing to provide outstanding customer service, internally and externally.
Requirements
Onboarding:
- Integrating new hires personal information in the HRMS and initiating onboarding arrangements prior to their start date.
- Monitor timeline and process documentation required for visa applications to the PRO
- Process travel tickets and hotel accommodation for new employees recruited overseas
- Coordinate with suppliers when necessary
- Provide purchase orders to finance team with necessary approvals
- Adding new joiners to Medical Insurance plans and coordinating with broker when required
Employee Relations:
- Actively support and resolve employee s queries on HR related topics
- Review and approve employees leave submissions accordance with local labor laws and HR policies
- Provide required letters i.e. Employment Certificate, Contract Amendment Designation Change or Title Change etc.
- Monitor and follow up on time and attendance by issuing monthly reports
- Support HR initiatives and service enhancement projects under the guidance of HR Management
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Organizing and submitting employee data and reporting to support the Finance & Payroll team
Off boarding:
- Record exit information in HRMS and other Internal HR System
- Initiate Exit Formalities i.e. exit form, payroll reconciliation, assets retrieval return of assets etc.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa cancellation process
- Process full and final settlement post Visa and Medical Cancellation
- Provide repatriation tickets
Previous experience in employee relations and PRO duties would be beneficial in addition to a working knowledge of UAE Labour law and HR best practice.
