Job Description
To provide a welcoming approachable services. Assisting visitors and assure quality customer service calls by providing information for their general inquiries and complaints. Performing administrative tasks and recording details to track the people who visit their location.
Roles/ Main duties:
Greet guests or visitors appropriately.
Handle incoming customer service calls and emails.
Meet the needs of a guest, client, or visitors.
Referring visitors in appropriate place
Manage bookings and reservations.
Recommendations of attractions to visitors
Registering visitors information
Ensure quality visitor services and satisfaction.
Performs daily report of maintenance issues.
Performing clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Provides complimentary guest services (i.e., wheelchairs, storage of backpacks, bags, coat check, etc.)

Proficient in English
Good Communication Skills
Qualifications:
Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Proven experience as Visitor Services Host or Visitor Services Associate
Excellent knowledge in MS Office
Personality Development & Presentation Skills
Customer-oriented individual with a good knowledge of hospitality management (Hostess, Guest Relation, Front Office Associate) industry standards.
