Job Description
Our company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background inFootwearfashion design and exceptional sewing skills. In this role, you will manage our talented team of tailors, oversee production, and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship in our bespoke creations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create unique, innovative Footwear designs .
- Produce detailed design illustrations and technical drawings.
- Create and adjust patterns to achieve the perfect fit and silhouette.
- Manage and guide a team of tailors, overseeing production and ensuring quality control
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Footwear Fashion Designer, with a strongportfolioshowcasing your work.
Proficiency in sewing, pattern making, and garment construction
Ability to create detailed design illustrations and technical drawings
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to speak English fluently
A passion for fashion and a desire to grow with our company
