Position: Smart Repair Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out all repairs according to best practice procedures.
• Meeting acceptable safety and quality standards.
• Interpret and implement technical instruction data.
• Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately for all paint repairs.
• Seek clarification from the Manager or Supervisor if a work order is not clear or seems incorrect.
• Complete assigned jobs within the estimated repair/paint times.
• Safeguard the customers vehicle and its contents while in the workshop.
• Ensure that all vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to customers.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines.
• Fulfill all tasks to the customers complete satisfaction.
• Smart repair technicians are skilled in repairing minor scratches and dents on vehicles using specialized tools and techniques.
• Keep accurate records of repairs performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Maintain and clean equipment used for repairs and ensure that it is in good working order.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, materials, and techniques used in vehicle repair to provide the best service possible.

Requirements:

• Ability to carry out minor repairs and refinish techniques.
• Ability to carry out alloy wheel repairs, including standard finish, painted finish and diamond cut wheels.
• Ideally you will be an experienced S.M.A.R.T repairer or an experienced Paint Sprayer with a settled career history in a Bodyshop environment and be able to demonstrate a hands on and focus driven approach.
• Enthusiastic/ driven individual that is also able to always deliver high quality work.
• This position requires somebody with good attention to detail and also works to high standards at all times.

Salary AED 4000- 5000 per month
