1-Work closely with the management and the department heads on setting standards for the organizational development and performance ;
2-Translate the strategic plans into goals and design organizational performance evaluation measurements
3-Advice,Design and implement the best practices across the organizational ;
4-Digitizing the daily operations across the departments,reports and the performance evaluation process .
5-Conduct market analysis,bench marking and surveys for employees retention, engagement and ;
Requirements
8-12 years of Organizational Development experience/Management Consulting
Bachelor/Masters of Business Administration
