Job Description
Position : Legal Counsel
Salary : AED 8,000 to 10,000
Other Benefits : Visa, insurance + Bonus
Nationality : Any
Gender Preference(if any) : Female
Years of experience : with 2-4 years of UAE experience
Job Location : Dubai
Job Responsibilities:
Draft and review of Commercial Contracts including SPA s, Joint Venture
Agreements, Settlement Agreements,
Draft Legal Opinions, conduct legal analysis and
Create and maintain document databases for
Actively liaison with the clients to gather required documents and
Follow-up and monitor the progress of cases and communicate such to
Represent the firm on a secondment basis in client s offices
Requirements:
At least one to three (2-4) years of experience in Dubai,
Bachelor s Degree in Law (English)
Excellent in English language (written and spoken)
Extensive knowledge and experience on the UAE litigation
