• Oversee the hotel talent acquisition strategy.
• Lead the recruitment and hiring process of the hotel.
• Update and monitor the manning file according to the approved budgeted manning.
• Source candidates and advertise job vacancies through various platforms.
• Drive an action plan to achieve the diversity targets of the hotel.
• Maintain active applicants' talent bank for all existing and future vacancies.
• Conduct all interviews and maintaining effective communication with all leaders throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare the employment offers and responsible for the hiring process.
• Drive the HR social media channels as part of the employer branding.
• Support internal Human Resources tasks and projects, tracking the necessary actions and updating the monthly and weekly reports.
• Manage the whole on-boarding process to ensure the luxury arrival experience to all new joiners.
• Lead the payroll process and system while creating the team member profiles on Oasys, checking the attendance, checking the payroll inputs while adhering to the approval metrics.
• Manage the leavers' process and conduct the leavers exit interviews.
