. Having a min. 5 years experience in the same field in UAE ( Facility Management ) .
. Able to build a sales business for ( FM. Contracts ) and customer relations
. Can achieve the agreed targets .
Responsible for sales, from the inception of an inquiry to the accomplishment of fit-out and furnishing projects
Strategizing and developing effective sales plans
Developing premium clients within the designated verticals
Responsible for immediate conversion of projects
Maintain live contacts with decision-makers and business leads in respective verticals
Extensive subject knowledge, industry experience,and market awareness
Requirements
Job Types: Full-time,Permanent
U. A. E Driving License- Must
